Welcome to PCSG.  We are a specialist recruitment business working with clients in the Health, Social Care & Housing sectors throughout the UK.

Originally called 'Premier Care', we began as a small care and nurse agency serving the needs of care homes within the north east of Scotland.  Our ethos has always been to provide a service with true care and commitment to both our clients and our canddiates.

Today we are a multi sector recruitment specialist with offices in Scotland and England.  We work with a diverse range of private, public and not for proft clients and continue to develop and improve both the breadth and scope of the services we can supply.

Our Interim Manager service offers a fast solution to employers who require continuation of management after an incumbent leaves the organisation or has to take an unexpected period of leave.  We can source experienced managers who can fill the gap until a permanent replacement is found.
