All PCSG staff arrive at your establishment in smart identifiable uniforms with ID badges, although they may work non-uniform if required.
PCSG staff are recruited for their experience and flexibility. Our strict procedures allow only the best staff to join us, meaning that when you call us, you know you'll be getting someone who knows what they're doing, and after a short induction can fit straight into your team.
All Agency Members receive the following training prior to their first assignment, and throughout their time with us:

Permanent Staff and Interim Managers
We offer a range of recruitment solutions, ranging from a simple candidate search or branded advertising campaign to planning and operating jobs fairs for large scale recruitment.
For each vacancy we will deliver only those candidates who match your person specification. Each will have been interviewed by us, and their skills and motivation analysed.
The requirement for an Interim Manager may materialize relatively quickly. Following your instruction, we work fast to locate a suitable Interim according to your needs. Often we can locate somebody and get them onsite within 48 hours or sooner.
The Interim Manager will be an industry professional with more than enough experience to cover your vacancy while you work, either with or without our assistance, to find a permanent replacement.
