Working with Friends is great. So for each of your friends or colleagues you successfully refer to us, we'll give you up to £250 as a thank you*

Refer a friend for temporary work - £25

We only employ temporary workers with prior relevant experience, so please only refer Friends who meet this criteria. You can refer as many friends as you want, but please make sure your Friend has given their permission for you to submit their details. Terms & Conditions apply. See below.

Refer a friend for a permanent role - £250

If you refer a friend or a colleague to us who we then go on to place in a permanent job, we'll give you £250 as a thank you. Your friend or colleague must complete three months in the role we placed them in. Please see the Terms & Conditons below.

Terms & Conditions

Your Friend must not be registered with PCSG Recruitment Solutions Ltd (The Agency) already, or have been registered at any time within the preceding 12 months.
If you are referring a friend for temporary work, you must be a member of The Agency already and your Friend must be offered membership of the Agency and accept and work shifts totalling 40 hours.
If you successfully refer a friend for temporary work £25 will be paid to you alongside your normal wages as a ‘bonus' within 4 weeks of meeting the above criteria.
If you refer a friend for a permanent vacany and we place them and they complete at least three months in their new role, you must write to us at the address below, quoting your friends name, your name and your address. We will then send you a cheque for £250 within 60 days.
The Agency reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
