The ideal candidate should have experience of working within private sector Care home's, preferably working with elderly.
You will be RGN qualified with a minimum of twelve months post qualification experience. You should be able to demonstrate flexibility, commitment, and above all an understanding of the needs of elderly service users within a care home environment.
