My client requires an experienced service manager for their 12 bedded learning disability unit near to Peterborough. This service looks after the wellbeing of 12 adults, 18 -65 years who have Learning Disabilties, and present some challenging behaviour.
You will be qualified to NVQ3, and already have or be willing to work towards your RMA. You must be used to supervising your own team, and organising your own budgets, you will also have a clear and current understanding of CQC regulations, and above all be able to lead your team in developing a homely, nuturing and positive environment.
