My client owns a friendly 28 bedded, well furnished and "good" rated Care home in Uttoxeter, and would like to add a new deputy manager to their team. They would like their new deputy manager to be RMN qualified with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience, who is able to assist the new manager in moving this home forward.
The home has an increasing number of residents who need extra support due to dementia, and it is hoped to be able to grow the range of services offered by having a trained RMN in post.
Of course you will need to be familiar with the requirements of CQC, and have a very "hands-on" approach, but more than anything, you should be able to provide and ilead your team in the delivery of the very best level of care possible
