My client requires a qualified RNLD or RNMH with LD experience to work within their committed team, who look after service users in this quiet purpose built country home. You must have had experience with adults who experience learning disabilities, combined with physical disability. The service users have comlex needs, and therefore present a challenging but extremely rewarding environment to work in.
The priority of all the staff is to ensure that the people in their care are treated with respect, dignity and are given the very best level of care possible.
