Relief Senior Nurse

This role requires a motivated RGN with excellent managerial skills, who is happy to travel extensively throughout the north of England and Scotland. The main purpose of this job is to provide interim management at any Care or Nursing Home for the company and through direct intervention and practical support to improve the overall performance of any Home which is not meeting expectations, standards or requirements (whether internal or external). The job holder will also be required to participate in training others in best management practice and undertaking management induction in a Home environment. The job holder must be in possession of a current PIN registration as a RGN and hold a current driving licence
