My client requires an experienced manager to run their home for 43 service users who have dementia.
You will be responsible for the effective management and administration of the home, in line with company policies and legislative requirements. Work to agreed budgets and provide an excellent caring environment that meets the needs of each individual resident, whilst providing innovative, active, and progressive care service, utilising best practice guidelines whenever possible.
You will be a qualified Rgn or RMN, and preferably have the RMA, or be working towards it. You may have been working in a deputy role, and are looking for your first management post, or have already worked in a similar role.
